These Terms of Service govern your access to and usage of the AI Data Analyst Pro enterprise platform, automated SQL analytics engine, and file export services.

1. Account Registration, Security & OTP Verification
By registering an enterprise account on AI Data Analyst Pro, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Account authentication requires mandatory 6-digit Email OTP (One-Time Password) Verification to prevent unauthorized access.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials and OTP verification codes.
- Automated security notifications will be dispatched to your registered email address upon every new account login session.
- Sharing account credentials across multiple unauthorized organizations is strictly prohibited under enterprise license terms.
2. User Data Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights
You retain 100% full ownership of all datasets uploaded to the platform (including CSV, Excel, XLS, XLSX files) as well as all generated analytical reports, charts, and SQL query results.
- AI Data Analyst Pro claims no proprietary rights or license over user-uploaded business datasets.
- Uploaded datasets are converted into dedicated tenant tables (`Dataset_U{user_id}_T{id}`) inside isolated Microsoft SQL Server database schemas.
- Generated PowerPoint presentations (.pptx), PDF reports, Word documents (.docx), Excel spreadsheets, and SVG charts remain your exclusive property.
3. SQL Query Safety Guardrails & Prohibited Operations
To protect database integrity and prevent accidental data destruction, the system enforces automated SQL Security Syntax Guardrails on all natural language queries:
DROP DATABASE, DROP TABLE, TRUNCATE TABLE, ALTER TABLE, EXEC/EXECUTE, GRANT/REVOKE, and un-where'd UPDATE/DELETE statements are automatically intercepted and blocked.
Users attempting to inject malicious SQL syntax or breach system security boundaries will have their access terminated immediately.
4. Artificial Intelligence Translation & Accuracy Disclaimer
AI Data Analyst Pro uses advanced Natural Language Processing models to convert English and Roman Urdu analytical questions into T-SQL database queries. While the system operates with high confidence metrics:
- Users are encouraged to verify generated T-SQL logic via the interactive SQL Preview bar prior to executive decision-making.
- The system provides confidence percentage scores and automated SQL retry loops to guarantee syntactical correctness.
- Statistical insights generated in executive report exports are computed deterministically directly from your database records.

6. Account Termination & Permanent Data Purge
You have the absolute right to delete your account or any uploaded datasets at any time:
- Deleting a dataset drops the underlying SQL Server table (`DROP TABLE`) and permanently deletes all associated records from system storage.
- Account deletion immediately purges profile records, authentication logs, and database schemas.
